2. Do I need any special skills in web design to order a customization?

No, you don't need any special skills. All you need is to chat with a manager and explain what website you want. The rest of work will be done for you by our designers.

3. Is it not better to simply order a website from a regular web design studio?

Hiring web designers/developers to create a new, unique website costs several times more and takes more time than RCI Webs. When ordering a website from a web design studio you can not view the end result of your website before the work is completed, where as with templates this is possible. So, in addition, with website studios you will be forced to spend a long time and extra money before you get the design that you really like.

Please provide correct and full information about yourself. Please don't worry, this is the usual procedure. RCI Webs billing officers suspend all projects for antifraud check of transaction. Please wait patiently for an e-mail with further instructions. Usually antifraud check takes 2-4 hours.

10. What should I do if I do not like the customization result?

If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by chatting with manager and demand necessary updates.

11. What if my time zone is different to yours?
